Warranty and Returns

Warranty:

All Bombora spearguns are covered under a three (3) year warranty regardless of original ownership or not and is guaranteed against defects resulting from manufacturer’s error under normal use conditions. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use or modifications performed by anyone other than Bombora Spearguns. Any modifications other than replacement shafts, power bands and/or shooting line may void the warranty. Power bands, shafts, shooting line and other consumable products are not covered under the warranty. Should this product fail to be in good working order due to a manufacturer’s fault or error, this product will be repaired or replaced and no charge to the customer. Customer may incur shipping & handling costs.

 

Returns:

We want you to enjoy your Spearfishing items, and we work with you during the quoting and ordering process. We're always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the production process to get you what you need.
Due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each product is handmade and tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of the customer, which makes it difficult for us to resell the product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage our customers to carefully review their order and specifications before finalizing their purchase. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
